Old Saybrook is a town for all generations. It's time for the younger generation to think about how they would like their town to be when they return from college and start thinking about raising a family here.
What made this town great when they were growing up? What memories do they hold on to most dear? What traditions do their families have that they will never forget? Which is their favorite park? Where are their favorite restaurants? Understanding how these parks, businesses and traditions come to be is what the 16- to 25-year-old generation should be most interested in. The answer to their questions is solid municipal government.
We in Old Saybrook have had great leadership for the past 10 years. The first selectman has led an efficient town hall and has had the interests of all in mind. Whether it be adding more ballparks to the town, making sure all storefronts are occupied or keeping the schools competitive and award-winning, Old Saybrook has been a great town in which to grow up.
Let's come and work together in making sure that Old Saybrook remains the best town to grow up in, in Connecticut.
